Purpose of the Church Guided Research Project

Before boarding the plane, you need to know what information you will need to gain entry into the country and how much the plane trip will cost.  Use the chart below to record the information.

In the chart linked below, answer the following questions about traveling to your country.

• What are the entry requirements for your country?   NOTE: Click on Document Requirements and then select U.S. Citizens—Visas.
• What vaccinations, immunizations, and medicines are recommended before traveling to your country?
• What is your country’s embassy address in the U.S.? If there is not an embasssy in the U.S., give the address of the nearest embassy.
• What is considered appropriate dress in your country?
• What type of electric current is used?
• What time zone is your country in from the GMT? 
• Using a travel agent or the online service of your choice find out how much a round trip plane ticket to your country costs.  State what airline carrier the ticket is for, the dates and times of the tickets, and any layovers involved.
