Search for journal articles in all of the Jessie C. Eury Library journal databases using the search box below.

For on-campus access, you must use the LCU internet. LCU Guest does NOT allow access to library databases.

For off-campus access, log-in using your LCU username and password.

Searching for "Bible" or "Inspiration" is too broad.  In the same way, searching for "Biblical Inspiration" can be too narrow.  

Use Advanced Search to search for Bible AND another topic of your choice. 

When you find a source that fits your topic, look at the Subjects or Topics listed below the source information. Those headings are how librarians and scholars describe the source and others like it.

Watch out for Reviews! 

When searching article databases, some indexed items are Book Reviews. A book review is great for learning about a book but usually can't be cited as a scholarly source.
